Return and Exchange Policy
Returns:
You can return products provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Returns are allowed within 7 days or less from the date of receiving the order.
The store will cover shipping costs if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, and the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
The customer bears the shipping costs for returns if there is no manufacturing defect, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the paid amount.
Exchanges:
Products can be exchanged for another item of the same type if there is a manufacturing defect, and the store will cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days or less from the date of receiving the order.
Notes:
Products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven. Additionally, products that do not meet warranty conditions, such as (misuse, damage, breakage, or items opened outside their original condition), are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund processing takes between 2 to 10 business days, and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
